Amy Carlson
Amy Lynn Carlson, born July 7, 1968 is an American actress. She is well-known for her appearances in CBS as Linda Reagan and NBC as Alex Taylor.
Childhood and early life
Carlson was born in Elmhurst located in DuPage County Illinoisnear Chicago and was raised in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, the daughter of the parents of schoolteachers, Barbara Jane (Hultman) and Robert Eugene Carlson. Carlson is of Swedish descent and is a native of Smaland. in Smaland.
Career
1986-1992: College and early careers
She came into Hollywood by working as a background actor for the film Lucas starring Charlie Sheen, Corey Haim, as well as Winona Ryder. She later followed her elder sister Betsy to Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois.
